Tell me about the fabric used for the awningsThe single colour fabric Is a 6oz nylon fabric that is polyurethane coated and a heavier weight and waterproof. It is s 420 denier, high tenacity nylon with a polyurethane coating to create a waterproof barrier. The fabric also has a durable water repellent that aids water to bead and roll of the fabric. Excellent strength and tear resistance. Approximate weight: 6oz or 225 grammes per square metre The Camouflage fabric Is a 300 denier camouflage print polyester with a waterproof polyurethane coating Camouflage printed medium weight polyester with a polyurethane coating. Polyester performs better than Nylon in situations where the fabric will be exposed to UV and has a softer texture. The polyurethane coating provides a waterproof barrier. Approximate weight: 200 grammes per square metre

Tell me about the extending polesThe poles are adjustable and lightweight The adjustment range is from 35.43in/90cm to 90.55in/230cm with 3 extending sections. Each pole weighs only 1.1lbs / 500 grammes. Made from a durable 6061 aluminium alloy. Anti-slip Design: Twist Lock Mechanism, a simple twist lock system, just stretch to the right length and rotate to the right and tighten it, or shrink to the shortest length for easy storage when not use.

Tell me about your returns policyReturns Policy Thank you for shopping at The Outdoor Taylor We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. We are very proud of our quality awnings and sunshades and inspect and quality check every item prior to despatch. We appreciate on rare occasions that things won’t always go to plan, and will do all we can within reason to make good any issues where possible. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges · Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. · The item must be in the original packaging. · To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, unless purchased by you online by providing your original details. · Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and made to measure awnings and sunshades cannot be refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email trevor@theoutdoortaylor.com and send your item, address on request. Exempt Goods The following are exempt from refunds: · Bespoke made to measure, non standard awnings / sunshades. Unless faulty. · Specifically altered or personalised items. Unless faulty. Partial refunds are granted in some cases. · Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. · Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Late or missing refunds · If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. · If you have done all of this after the 14 days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at trevor@theoutdoortaylor.com Shipping · You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. · Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. · Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. · We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you ensure tracking and satisfactory postage insurance. Orders and Delivery Policies1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and if chosen will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. This excludes orders that are not stocked and are ‘made to order’ Also excludes any item that has been ordered in agreement, paid for prior to being hand crafted. 2. Delivery Location Items offered as FREE delivery are for The UK only. There are a handful of locations in The UK that may attract a supplementary fee, these will be notified when known as directed by the delivery company. We also accept orders from international customers, offering a flat rate fee of £25. Where the region forms part of a higher delivery cost you may be contacted and a fee may be charged. These will be as directed by the delivery companies when identified. 3. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 1 to 7 business days Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. In stock items will be posted within 2 business days. Bespoke hand crafted items that are ‘made to order’ may require up to 7 business days to craft prior to despatch. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 4. Shipping Costs Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges when they arise. These are dicated by the delivery compnaies and in many cases cannot always be projected worldwide. Sales tax and import / export fees is charged according to the country, province or territory to which the item is shipped. These vary in cost and complexity, we will discuss with you when these are knonw prior to despatch. 6. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at trevor@theoutdoortaylor.com Every item sent by us is fully insured. 7. The security team, with the help of external experts, constantly monitor for suspicious activity in our network. They also address information security threats, and perform routine security assessments and audits. Compliance and Certifications As further detailed in our Security Whitepaper, Wix is a PCI Level 1 Merchant & Service Provider and is certified as ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 compliant. Law Enforcement Request Policy Wix respects the human rights of our customers and their end users. As such, Wix implements a Law Enforcement Request Policy, which is designed to ensure that all data requests received from law enforcement agencies, governmental or regulatory bodies (“Authorities”) are valid and made in accordance with the applicable legal procedures. Wix does not disclose personal data to Authorities, unless required by applicable law, and Wix challenges unlawful requests. Unless legally prohibited from doing so, if Wix receives a demand for a customer’s Users-of-Users Information (as defined in the Wix Privacy Policy), Wix will redirect the relevant Authority to request such data directly from the relevant customer, as the controller of such data.
